You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account or make a reservation. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

Property Partners must be authorized to act for the organization and properties they manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

VELQUISSE facilitates discovery, Private Requests, Private Offers, reservations, booking workflow and support. The identified Property or Provider supplies the accommodation. The accommodation agreement is between the Guest and that Property or Provider. ECPro s.r.o. is not the accommodation provider unless a future listing expressly says otherwise.

We curate and present property information, but each Property or Provider remains responsible for the legal identity, authority, availability, descriptions, amenities, prices, taxes, house rules and stay conditions it supplies. Provider identity verification and publication controls are still being developed; we do not claim that every provider identity has been independently verified.

Search results and property pages are invitations to explore and do not themselves guarantee availability. A Private Request lets a Guest describe a desired stay. Relevant request information may be shared with accommodation providers selected by VELQUISSE so they can evaluate the request and prepare an offer.

A Private Offer is made by the offering Property or Provider and is subject to its stated dates, price, validity period, payment deadline and conditions. Accepting an offer creates a booking with that Property or Provider and may withdraw other offers for the same request.

A reservation is formed only when the booking flow confirms the relevant state. A temporary hold may expire before confirmation. Prices are shown in the stated currency and may include or exclude property-specific taxes, fees or services as disclosed in the booking or offer terms. Review the dates, party size, total price, currency, payment deadline and property conditions before committing.

Availability and pricing can change until a reservation is secured. If information is clearly erroneous, the Property or Provider may need to correct it, subject to applicable law and any rights you already hold.

The current payment model uses direct bank transfer. The Guest pays the Property or Provider directly using the payment destination supplied for that booking. VELQUISSE records booking and payment workflow state but does not currently collect guest card details, bank-account credentials or online-banking credentials, and does not hold guest funds under this model.

Use the booking reference and payment deadline shown in the booking instructions. A hold or unpaid booking may expire if payment is not completed by the applicable deadline. Bank processing time does not change the stated deadline unless the Property or Provider confirms otherwise.

Cancellation and refund conditions vary by Property, rate, Private Offer and reservation. The conditions presented for the relevant reservation govern, subject to mandatory law. We do not promise universal free cancellation, and dated accommodation reservations should not be assumed to carry a general 14-day withdrawal right.

Under the current direct-payment model, any refund is handled according to the applicable reservation terms by the Property or Provider that received the payment. See our Cancellation & Refunds information or contact support for help.

• Provide accurate party, date, contact and booking information.
• Follow the Property’s rules, lawful instructions and check-in requirements.
• Pay amounts due by the stated deadline and use the correct payment reference.
• Respect the Property, its staff, other guests and the local community.
• Do not place unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text request fields.

Property Partners must provide accurate, current and lawful listing, contact, pricing, availability, payment and cancellation information; honor confirmed reservations; protect Guest information; and comply with laws, permits, taxes and consumer obligations applicable to the accommodation they supply. Media submitted for an approved, published property may be shown publicly on the marketplace.

You must not misuse the service, evade access controls, probe security, impersonate another person or organization, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape the service without permission, or interfere with other users. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting us the rights reasonably needed to operate and present the marketplace. The VELQUISSE brand, interface and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party statement will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible only for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or legal duty. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the marketplace, payment or booking integrity, or to address a material breach or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time, but existing reservations and obligations continue according to their terms.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Where a change materially affects an active service, we will take reasonable steps to make it available before it applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. For booking, account or legal assistance, visit Support.
